1. Manage and coordinate product development projects across categories such as perfume, skincare, and makeup.
2. Lead the project team from marketing brief to production, ensuring adherence to timelines.
3. Develop and manage development schedules based on marketing plans, packaging complexities, and regulatory constraints.
4. Assess project feasibility, identify risks, and communicate action plans to top management.
5. Organize and lead product development meetings, balancing business objectives with available resources.
6. Report project progress to decision-making bodies and facilitate consensus among teams.
7. Onboard new team members, introducing them to Dior's product development processes.
8. Implement new processes and drive continuous improvement within the organization.
9. Identify process bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
10. Gather stakeholder needs and develop process improvement recommendations.
11. Deploy new processes and manage change within impacted teams.

1. Higher education from a top engineering or business school.
2. A third cycle in business school (entrepreneurship, major projects) is advantageous.

1. Project management of complex, high-stakes, and cross-functional projects.
2. Proficiency in project management tools, with knowledge of ASANA as a plus.
3. Understanding of the cosmetics and perfume industry.
4. Experience in product development (packaging/formulation) or supply chain or cross-functional project management.
5. Strong oral and written communication skills.
6. Transversal management and leadership abilities.
7. Analytical and synthesis skills.
8. Autonomous and proactive.

A first professional experience is required.

Higher education from a top engineering or business school.
