Parfums Christian Dior Product Development Project Manager

- Oversee and coordinate the entire product development process across one category: fragrance, skincare, or makeup.
- Lead the product development project team from the marketing brief to production, ensuring adherence to defined milestones.
- Develop and manage development timelines (approximately 50-70 per year) in alignment with the 3-4 year marketing plan, considering packaging/formula complexities and industrial and regulatory constraints.
- Assess project feasibility, identify and analyze risks, and define action plans with various departments, communicating with top management when necessary.
- Organize and lead product development follow-up meetings (weekly and monthly), challenging teams to balance business objectives, resource allocation, risk validation, and available solutions.
- Provide project reporting for decision-making bodies, aligning teams towards a common recommendation to facilitate decision-making.
- Onboard new team members, introducing them to the Dior product development process, structures, and tools.
- Implement new processes within the organization, focusing on continuous improvement and leading cross-functional projects.
- Identify bottlenecks and improvement areas in the development process.
- Conduct situation assessments, gather needs from stakeholders, and develop process improvement recommendations with ROI calculations.
- Deploy new processes and manage change among affected teams.
- Advanced degree from a leading engineering school, with a third cycle in business school (entrepreneurship, major projects) as an asset, or a top business school.
- Initial professional experience required.
- Complex project management with high stakes and extensive cross-functionality.
- Proficiency in project management tools, with knowledge of ASANA as an additional asset.
- Understanding of the cosmetics and fragrance sector.
- Experience in product development (packaging and/or formulation) or in supply chain or cross-functional project management.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with significant exposure to department heads.
- Transversal management and leadership.
- Analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Autonomy and proactive approach.
Initial professional experience in complex project management, preferably in cosmetics or fragrance product development, supply chain, or cross-functional project management.
Advanced degree from a leading engineering or business school.
