Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate product development projects across categories such as perfume, skincare, and makeup.
- Lead the project team from marketing brief to production, ensuring adherence to timelines.
- Develop and manage development schedules based on marketing plans, packaging complexities, and regulatory constraints.
- Assess project feasibility, identify risks, and communicate action plans to top management.
- Organize and lead product development meetings, balancing business objectives with available resources.
- Report project progress to decision-making bodies and facilitate consensus among teams.
- Onboard new team members, introducing them to Dior's product development processes.
- Implement new processes and drive continuous improvement within the organization.
- Identify process bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
- Gather stakeholder needs and develop process improvement recommendations.
- Deploy new processes and manage change within impacted teams.
Qualifications
- Higher education from a top engineering or business school.
- A third cycle in business school (entrepreneurship, major projects) is advantageous.
Skills
- Project management of complex, high-stakes, and cross-functional projects.
- Proficiency in project management tools, with knowledge of ASANA as a plus.
- Understanding of the cosmetics and perfume industry.
- Experience in product development (packaging/formulation) or supply chain or cross-functional project management.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Transversal management and leadership abilities.
- Analytical and synthesis skills.
- Autonomous and proactive.
Experience Requirements
A first professional experience is required.
Education Requirements
Higher education from a top engineering or business school.
