- Lead and coordinate product innovation developments in skincare and makeup.
- Manage project teams including Marketing, R&D, Packaging Development, and Production to adhere to development timelines.
- Develop and update project development schedules, ensuring milestone adherence considering packaging, formula complexity, and regulatory constraints.
- Assess project feasibility, identify risks, and define action plans with various departments, facilitating necessary arbitration.
- Organize and lead development follow-up meetings to ensure effective cross-functional management and decision-making.
- Conduct continuous process improvement missions by identifying bottlenecks and improvement areas.
- Develop and share process improvement recommendations and implement new processes, driving change management among impacted teams.
- Currently enrolled in a top engineering school with a focus on general engineering, chemistry, or production/supply chain.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and pragmatic solution orientation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Adaptability to diverse stakeholders.
Ideally possesses initial significant experience in project management.
Pursuing a degree in engineering, chemistry, or related fields.
