1. Lead and coordinate product innovation developments in skincare and makeup.
2. Manage project teams including Marketing, R&D, Packaging Development, and Production to adhere to development timelines.
3. Develop and update project development schedules, ensuring milestone adherence considering packaging, formula complexity, and regulatory constraints.
4. Assess project feasibility, identify risks, and define action plans with various departments, facilitating necessary arbitration.
5. Organize and lead development follow-up meetings to ensure effective cross-functional management and decision-making.
6. Conduct continuous process improvement missions by identifying bottlenecks and improvement areas.
7. Develop and share process improvement recommendations and implement new processes, driving change management among impacted teams.

1. Currently enrolled in a top engineering school with a focus on general engineering, chemistry, or production/supply chain.

3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Adaptability to diverse stakeholders.

Ideally possesses initial significant experience in project management.

Pursuing a degree in engineering, chemistry, or related fields.
