- Manage and mentor an intern within the procurement team.
- Provide negotiation support across departments requiring procurement assistance for various categories and projects.
- Conduct strategic analysis and oversee supplier panel implementation.
- Establish preferential agreements, pricing grids, and rebates.
- Manage supplier panels and monitor associated risks, including financial and dependency risks.
- Ensure compliance with deadlines and budget constraints.
- Coordinate contractual follow-ups with the Legal Department.
- Resolve conflicts and disputes with suppliers, addressing quality or timing issues.
- Ensure adherence to procurement processes across different purchasing categories.
- Optimize costs, quality, and timelines, as well as applicable operational processes.
- Stay informed about developments within the procurement portfolio.
- Collaborate on medium- and long-term synergy projects and contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes.
- Actively participate in Procurement Coordination with other LVMH Group houses.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent, ideally with a specialization in Procurement.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a similar portfolio within a large corporation or agency.
- Proficiency in Digital Procurement and other relevant categories within the portfolio (CRM, Events, etc.).
- Excellent command of English for regular communication with international suppliers.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills for supplier portfolio management.
- Ability to manage priorities and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Rigorous organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in office tools such as PowerPoint and Excel.
- Initiative-taking and proactive problem-solving abilities.
Minimum of 3 years managing a similar procurement portfolio in a large corporation or agency.
Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent, ideally with a specialization in Procurement.
