1. Manage autonomously a segment of Non-Production Procurement for the factories, including goods, services, and general expenses.
2. Understand requirements and identify procurement opportunities and levers in coordination with internal stakeholders such as engineering and general services.
3. Ensure adherence to and enforcement of procurement procedures.
4. Conduct commercial negotiations with supplier partners.
5. Maintain and report on procurement activities.
