1. Assist in the deployment of the complete procurement process, including supplier sourcing, launching consultations, managing tenders, analyzing quotes, negotiating, contract management, and performance monitoring.
2. Conduct occasional negotiations outside of tender processes with specific suppliers.
3. Contribute to transversal missions such as implementing pricing grids and year-end discounts, drafting and monitoring contracts, and managing supplier disputes.
4. Participate in enhancing procurement strategy across various categories by analyzing supplier portfolios, identifying new sourcing opportunities, and deploying new tools.
5. Update and ensure the reliability of procurement databases and tools, particularly using SAP and performance tracking tools.
6. Collaborate closely with various internal departments, including legal, finance, IT security, and GDPR.

1. Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school, ideally with initial experience in procurement.

3. Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
4. Adaptability to interact with multiple stakeholders and contexts.
5. Autonomy, curiosity, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
7. Good command of English, both spoken and written.

Entry-level experience, ideally with some exposure to procurement processes.

Currently pursuing a degree in business or engineering.
