- Analyze quotations, identify commercial optimizations, and conduct negotiations with suppliers.
- Maintain supplier relationships through internal satisfaction surveys, business reviews, and improvement plans.
- Manage tender processes including initiation, supplier feedback analysis, shortlisting, negotiation, and award.
- Support internal clients and legal teams in contract finalization.
- Report on savings tracking and participate in LVMH Group Procurement Coordinations.
- Conduct expenditure analysis using SAP and other tools, and perform in-depth analyses of the procurement portfolio and supplier mappings.
- Develop and implement action plans based on strategic analyses.
- Administer and maintain the internal communication platform (SharePoint) for the Non-Production Procurement Service.
- Update procurement mapping by category and manage supplier information and monitoring files.
- Design and update communication materials on negotiated agreements.
- Educational background in Procurement or related field.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Autonomous, meticulous, and proactive.
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic and demanding environment.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Office 365.
- Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
