1. Analyze quotations, identify commercial optimizations, and conduct negotiations with suppliers.
2. Maintain supplier relationships through internal satisfaction surveys, business reviews, and improvement plans.
3. Manage tender processes including initiation, supplier feedback analysis, shortlisting, negotiation, and award.
4. Support internal clients and legal teams in contract finalization.
5. Report on savings tracking and participate in LVMH Group Procurement Coordinations.
6. Conduct expenditure analysis using SAP and other tools, and perform in-depth analyses of the procurement portfolio and supplier mappings.
7. Develop and implement action plans based on strategic analyses.
8. Administer and maintain the internal communication platform (SharePoint) for the Non-Production Procurement Service.
9. Update procurement mapping by category and manage supplier information and monitoring files.
10. Design and update communication materials on negotiated agreements.

1. Educational background in Procurement or related field.
2. Strong analytical and organizational skills.
3. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
4. Autonomous, meticulous, and proactive.
5. Ability to adapt in a dynamic and demanding environment.
6. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Office 365.
7. Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
