LVMH Beauty Tech operates as the dedicated IS/IT team for the Beauty Division of LVMH, a leader in the luxury goods industry. 1. Assist the Privacy team in framing AI-related projects in compliance with the AI Act.
2. Deploy the processing register for the Beauty Division's Maisons globally, considering local regulations, implementing local templates, and training local teams in register completion.
3. Document projects to streamline service activities, including internal Privacy By Design processes and guidelines for direct marketing, consent, worldwide communication channels, and NPS communications.
4. Conduct regulatory monitoring in a rapidly evolving sector.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Digital Law, MBA in Artificial Intelligence and Data Innovation, Engineering School, or a Master's in Cybersecurity with a focus on Privacy, or equivalent programs.

1. Strong organizational skills for compliance tracking and internal process documentation.
2. Fluency in spoken and written French and English for effective interaction with the Privacy community.
3. Knowledge of GDPR, E-Privacy, Data Protection Act, and AI Act.

Beginner level experience is acceptable, suitable for students or recent graduates.

Master's program in relevant fields such as Digital Law, AI, Data Innovation, or Cybersecurity.
