1. Manage the post-production process for print projects.
2. Coordinate communication between internal teams and external vendors, collaborating closely with Art Directors.
3. Organize and manage file reception, server organization, and image sharing for internal teams and weekly meetings.
4. Participate in weekly internal meetings and provide debriefs to vendors.
5. Maintain relationships with Art Directors, vendors, and internal teams including marketing, production, and planning.

1. Experience in production/post-production within an agency or client-side environment.
2. Proficiency in print post-production techniques.

1. Artistic sensibility and strong organizational skills.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to work autonomously and prioritize urgent tasks.
4. Proficiency in English and familiarity with software such as InDesign and Photoshop.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role is required.
