- Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies for specific product categories (Skincare, Fragrance, or Makeup) in alignment with brand objectives.
- Manage media relations, securing coverage across print, web, and social platforms.
- Create engaging content for press materials, social media, and other communication channels.
- Plan and execute PR events for press, key opinion leaders, and influencers.
- Collaborate with category managers to ensure cohesive brand communication.
- Work with the Influence Project Manager on influencer marketing campaigns.
- Lead and manage cross-category projects and supervise the PR budget.
- Track and analyze PR campaign performance, preparing reports for stakeholders.
- Supervise outsourced product leasing services.
- Collaborate with internal teams and manage junior staff.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in PR, preferably within the luxury beauty industry.
- Proven track record in developing successful PR campaigns and media relations.
- Experience in managing budgets and team leadership.
- Fluency in Japanese and business-level English.
- In-depth knowledge of the luxury beauty and cosmetics industry.
- Expertise in PR and media relations.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing.
- Event management experience.
- Analytical and interpersonal skills.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in public relations, particularly within the luxury beauty sector, is required.
