1. Assist in planning and executing PR events, including ideation, vendor liaison, and stakeholder discussions.
2. Manage event logistics, including set-up, tear-down, and hosting PR guests.
3. Prepare PR materials and adapt assets for local use.
4. Identify trends and scout Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for campaigns.
5. Execute PR campaigns, including preparation of briefs and dissemination of PR packages.
6. Coordinate with media and influencers for logistical details.
7. Assist with ordering, packing, and tracking of PR stocks.
8. Support vendor creation, purchase order raising, and invoice tracking.
9. Track competitor activities and new product launches.
10. Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks.

1. Passion for luxury beauty.
2. Outgoing personality with adaptability to fast-paced environments.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. Keen eye for detail.
5. Proficiency in English; Mandarin is an advantage.

1. Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.
2. Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.

Beginner level experience in PR or related fields.
