2. Assist in organizing press and influencer launches.
3. Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for press and influencer trips.
4. Serve as the primary contact for journalists' requests.
5. Handle and log press inquiries efficiently.
6. Review media for coverage and articles of interest daily.
7. Ensure timely distribution of new launches to the appropriate audience.
8. Maintain and update media and influencer contact databases.
9. Manage press coverage collation and distribution internally and internationally.
10. Monitor brand buzz and competitor activity using Tribe Dynamics.
11. Manage product stock for launches and send-outs.
12. Compile internal reports and competitor analysis.
13. Perform administrative duties including raising purchase orders and updating budget trackers.
14. Ensure all assets for upcoming launches are saved on the server.
15. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure task understanding and deadline adherence.
