1. Support the PR Director and PR Managers in achieving the department’s key objectives
2. Assist in the organization of all press and influencer launches
3. Book travel and compile itineraries for press and influencer trips
4. Act as the key point of contact for journalists’ requests
5. Handle, fulfill, and log all press enquiries efficiently
6. Review media for coverage and articles of interest daily
7. Ensure timely send out of all new launches to the appropriate audience
8. Manage and update media and influencer contact databases
9. Manage all print and online press coverage, including collation and distribution
10. Monitor brand buzz and competitor activity using Tribe Dynamics
11. Control product cupboard stock and order stock for new launches
12. Compile internal reports and competitor analysis
13. Perform day-to-day administrative duties including using SAP for purchase orders
14. Ensure all assets for upcoming launches are saved on the server
15. Communicate with team members to ensure understanding of tasks and deadlines

1. A passion for PR and a love of the media
2. Interest and awareness of UK fashion, beauty, and lifestyle bloggers
3. Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
4. Self-motivated and a good team player
5. Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment

1. Fluent in English
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
3. Attention to detail
4. Eager to learn and willingness to engage
5. Competent in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
