1. Manage and implement digital content campaigns and seedings across all product categories, ensuring alignment with business priorities.

4. Oversee US award season expert strategy and partnerships, creating impactful media moments.
5. Manage budgets related to expert talent and campaigns, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure integrated messaging across platforms.
7. Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights to the Senior Director of PR and Events.
8. Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and identify new engagement opportunities.

1. Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
2. 5-7 years of experience in talent or public relations within the beauty, fashion, or luxury industry.
3. Established relationships with key experts in makeup, fragrance, and skincare.
4. Proven track record of successful digital content campaigns.

1. Deep understanding of the beauty landscape and strategic program development.
2. Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
4. Strong organizational and project management skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Tribe, Launchmetrics/DMR, and KPI tracking platforms.

Minimum 5 years of experience in talent or public relations, focusing on expert/influencer relations and contract negotiations within the beauty, fashion, or luxury industry.

Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

$105,000.00 - $135,000.00 USD, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
