1. Support the PR Manager in achieving key departmental objectives and KPIs for the Makeup and Skincare categories.
2. Assist in the organization, planning, and execution of press and social media campaigns, including special projects with influencers and VIPs.
3. Coordinate all product launches and trips for press and influencers.
4. Serve as the primary contact for journalist and influencer inquiries, ensuring prompt and efficient responses.
5. Conduct daily media reviews across various platforms to track coverage and trends.
6. Research and analyze potential new influencer and expert profiles for targeting.
7. Ensure timely distribution of new product launches to relevant audiences.
8. Maintain and update contact databases regularly.
9. Manage press cuttings and influencer coverage, ensuring proper collation and distribution internally and to the International Team.
10. Track and report EMV ranking for influencer activations.
11. Oversee product stock management for launches and send-outs.
12. Compile competitor analysis reports.
13. Perform day-to-day administrative tasks, including raising purchase orders.

1. Minimum three years of experience in a Press Office or PR Agency, preferably within the beauty industry.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

10. Eagerness to learn and engage actively.

Minimum three years of relevant PR experience, preferably within the beauty industry.
