- Lead the development and execution of influencer PR campaigns to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Define influencer selection strategies based on brand fit, performance analytics, and market trends.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key influencers and digital opinion leaders.
- Monitor and analyze influencer performance using analytics platforms, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Track Share of Voice (SOV) and Earned Media Value (EMV), providing actionable insights.
- Coordinate between influencers and internal teams for effective product seeding and campaign activations.
- Manage strategic seeding and product gifting plans to maximize brand visibility.
- Oversee paid partnerships, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Enhance the quality and creativity of earned content through guidance to creators and partners.
- Support event conceptualization, planning, and execution, ensuring alignment with brand storytelling.
- Manage the Influencer Marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Oversee supplier management and ensure all expenses align with budget plans.
- Travel within the GCC region or internationally for activations and influencer engagements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, or digital communications, preferably in the beauty or luxury industry.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Strong network of influencers and content creators in beauty, lifestyle, and fashion.
- Proficiency in PR analytics tools such as Tribe Dynamics and Launchmetrics.
- Deep understanding of social media trends and the influencer landscape.
- Strong project management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Minimum 2 years in influencer marketing, PR, or digital communications, preferably within the beauty or luxury industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
