- Lead the development and execution of influencer PR campaigns to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Define and implement influencer selection strategies based on brand alignment, performance analytics, and market trends.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with key influencers and digital opinion leaders to foster organic brand advocacy.
- Monitor and analyze influencer performance using platforms like Tribe Dynamics and Launchmetrics to inform decision-making.
- Track Share of Voice (SOV) and Earned Media Value (EMV), providing insights to enhance digital PR impact.
- Coordinate seamlessly between influencers and internal teams for effective product seeding and campaign activations.
- Manage strategic seeding and product gifting plans to maximize brand visibility and engagement.
- Oversee paid partnerships, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and contribution to earned content strategy.
- Enhance the quality and creativity of earned content by guiding creators and partners.
- Support the Communications & Events Manager in planning and executing digital and influencer activations.
- Manage Influencer Marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Oversee supplier management, including purchase orders and payment follow-ups.
- Ensure timely processing of expenses and manage inventory of PR assets.
- Travel 4-6 times per year for activations and influencer engagements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, or digital communications, preferably in the beauty or luxury industry.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
- Strong network of influencers and content creators in beauty, lifestyle, and fashion.
- Proficiency in PR analytics tools such as Tribe Dynamics and Launchmetrics.
- Deep understanding of social media trends and the influencer landscape.
- Strong project management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Minimum 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, or digital communications, preferably within the beauty or luxury industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
