Parfums Christian Dior PR & Digital Senior Specialist

- Manage and operate earned digital media with influencers, press, and social media to consolidate PR, EPR, and digital leadership in the market.
- Develop and execute holistic campaign plans targeting press, digital influencers, and social media, setting KPIs and priorities in alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Strengthen relationships with press, digital influencers, and opinion leaders to enhance brand visibility.
- Balance central strategy with local media and audience needs, accelerating strategic orchestration.
- Create impactful local initiatives under brand guidelines to drive communication and business impact.
- Identify and engage strong audiences per campaign, completing casting lists for central validation.
- Develop campaign briefs for influencers and social media, securing approval from PR & Digital Assistant Manager and Central.
- Review and analyze PR/E-PR/Digital KPIs monthly, reporting to Regional/Central offices.
- Explore new opportunities for market success and brand statement.
- Research and share competitive PR/EPR/Digital activities with the team.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital communications, particularly in PR & Digital Communications with press and digital influencers.
- Fluent English communication skills
- Accuracy and precision in work
- Positive attitude
- Interest in the cosmetic and luxury industry
At least 7 years of experience in digital communications, supporting the management of PR & Digital Communications with press and digital influencers.
Relevant university degree preferred.
