Packaging Procurement Developer

1. Collect and analyze marketing briefs, ensuring alignment with strategy and profitability goals.
2. Propose technical and design solutions, including eco-design.
3. Construct and launch tenders, analyze quotes based on price, timeline, capacity, quality, design, and innovation.
4. Assign projects to suppliers according to procurement strategy.
5. Anticipate project quality risks through risk analysis and communication with suppliers and the Packaging team.
6. Initiate production and monitor until stock entry, including approval processes and quality management.
7. Ensure adherence to the timeline for product availability.
8. Identify and implement value analysis improvements for profitability.
9. Define a procurement strategy for samples, testers, and dummies in the Makeup division.
10. Propose organizational and management improvements for these procurements.
11. Contribute to cross-functional service projects.
12. Report to the Makeup Procurement Manager.
13. Manage an intern, including recruitment, training, mission definition, and evaluation.
14. Regularly visit the St-Jean-de-Braye factory and suppliers for audits and technological monitoring, primarily within France.

1. Technical education with experience in Packaging Development or POS, and Procurement.
2. Bac + 5, graduate from a top business school or equivalent with a specialization in Procurement, or engineering.
