Parfums Christian Dior Sample Procurement and Development Specialist

- Analyze and challenge marketing briefs to ensure alignment with strategic and profitability objectives.
- Propose technical and design solutions, including eco-design and complexity considerations.
- Construct and initiate tender processes, evaluating proposals based on price, timeline, capacity, quality, design, and innovation.
- Assign projects to suppliers in accordance with procurement strategy.
- Anticipate quality risks through risk analysis and collaboration with suppliers and the packaging team.
- Oversee production from initiation to stock entry, including homologation, quality management, and initial series production.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and delivery schedules.
- Develop a procurement strategy for samples, testers, and mock-ups in the makeup category.
- Identify and propose organizational and management improvements for procurement processes.
- Initiate and contribute to cross-functional projects within the department.
- Report to the Makeup Procurement Manager.
- Manage an intern, including recruitment, training, mission definition, and evaluation.
- Conduct regular visits to the St-Jean-de-Braye factory and supplier sites for audits and technological monitoring.
- Technical training with experience in Packaging Development or POS materials procurement.
- Bachelor's degree +5, graduate from a top business school or equivalent with a specialization in Procurement, or engineering degree.
- Technical knowledge of materials and transformation processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Adaptability to frequent changes.
- Project management expertise.
- Autonomy and initiative-taking.
- Negotiation skills.
- Passion for products.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and SAP.
- Fluent in English.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.
