Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze marketing briefs, ensuring alignment with strategy and profitability goals.
- Propose technical and design solutions, including eco-design.
- Construct and launch tenders, analyze quotes based on price, timeline, capacity, quality, design, and innovation.
- Assign projects to suppliers according to procurement strategy.
- Anticipate project quality risks through risk analysis and communication with suppliers and the Packaging team.
- Initiate production and monitor until stock entry, including approval processes and quality management.
- Ensure adherence to the timeline for product availability.
- Identify and implement value analysis improvements for profitability.
- Define a procurement strategy for samples, testers, and dummies in the Makeup division.
- Propose organizational and management improvements for these procurements.
- Contribute to cross-functional service projects.
- Report to the Makeup Procurement Manager.
- Manage an intern, including recruitment, training, mission definition, and evaluation.
- Regularly visit the St-Jean-de-Braye factory and suppliers for audits and technological monitoring, primarily within France.
Qualifications
- Technical education with experience in Packaging Development or POS, and Procurement.
- Bac + 5, graduate from a top business school or equivalent with a specialization in Procurement, or engineering.
