1. Analyze and challenge marketing briefs to ensure alignment with strategic and profitability objectives.
2. Propose technical and design solutions, including eco-design and complexity considerations.
3. Construct and initiate tender processes, evaluating proposals based on price, timeline, capacity, quality, design, and innovation.
4. Assign projects to suppliers in accordance with procurement strategy.
5. Anticipate quality risks through risk analysis and collaboration with suppliers and the packaging team.
6. Oversee production from initiation to stock entry, including homologation, quality management, and initial series production.
7. Ensure adherence to project timelines and delivery schedules.
8. Develop a procurement strategy for samples, testers, and mock-ups in the makeup category.
9. Identify and propose organizational and management improvements for procurement processes.
10. Initiate and contribute to cross-functional projects within the department.
11. Report to the Makeup Procurement Manager.
12. Manage an intern, including recruitment, training, mission definition, and evaluation.
13. Conduct regular visits to the St-Jean-de-Braye factory and supplier sites for audits and technological monitoring.

1. Technical training with experience in Packaging Development or POS materials procurement.
2. Bachelor's degree +5, graduate from a top business school or equivalent with a specialization in Procurement, or engineering degree.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.
