1. Assist the manager in overseeing packaging developments for the Makeup category, ensuring alignment with marketing briefs and objectives related to deadlines, cost, design, industrialization, and quality.
2. Coordinate and monitor packaging development projects, promptly addressing any technical, quality, timing, or cost issues.
3. Ensure the qualification process of packaging and finished products in collaboration with R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality teams.
4. Maintain the system and process of packaging specification, ensuring quality, functional characteristics, and machinability criteria are met.
5. Support the delivery of secondary and primary packaging and process engineering projects as directed by the line manager.
6. Contribute to the sustainable packaging development roadmap.

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field, as per VISA requirements.

1. Proficiency in 3D CAD design software and ability to check 2D drawings.
2. Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
3. Fluency in English; previous international exposure is advantageous.
4. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
5. Quick learner with a curious, clear-minded, and autonomous approach.
6. Knowledge of the beauty industry is beneficial.

A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required, particularly in project management within a matrix organization.

A degree from an Engineering school, with a focus on generalist, mechanics, or packaging disciplines.
