1. Assist the manager in ensuring the development of packaging for the Makeup category, adhering to marketing briefs and objectives related to deadlines, cost, design, industrialization, and quality.
2. Coordinate packaging development projects, alerting the team and stakeholders to any technical, quality, timing, or cost issues.
3. Ensure the qualification process of packaging and finished products in collaboration with R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality teams.
4. Maintain the system and process of packaging specification, ensuring quality, functional characteristics, and machinability criteria are met.
5. Oversee the delivery of secondary and primary packaging and process engineering projects as directed by the line manager.
6. Contribute to the sustainable package development roadmap.

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field, in accordance with VISA criteria.
2. Academic background in Engineering, with a focus on generalist, mechanics, or packaging disciplines.

1. Proficiency in 3D CAD design software and 2D drawings, as well as MS Office applications.
2. Fluency in English; prior international exposure is advantageous.
3. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
4. Quick learner with curiosity, clarity of thought, and autonomy.
5. Experience in project management within a matrix organization.
6. Proactive and creative problem-solving abilities in packaging development.
7. Sensitivity to sustainability topics and ability to drive related projects.

A minimum of 2 years in packaging development or a related field, ideally with exposure to international markets and project management within a matrix organization.

Degree in Engineering, preferably with a focus on mechanics or packaging.
