Parfums Christian Dior Packaging Designer

- Conceptualize and develop creative ideas through idea books, formal research, and graphic and narrative intentions.
- Ensure the aesthetic and visual signature of primary and secondary packaging, as well as Brand Animation proposals, align with Dior's codes and heritage.
- Translate marketing briefs into 3D explorations, realistic renderings, illustrations, and physical models to express creative intentions.
- Demonstrate strong prototyping capabilities by quickly launching, testing, and adjusting models with precision and attention to detail.
- Anticipate and integrate functional, industrial, and eco-design constraints without compromising creative intent.
- Support projects through development in constant dialogue with the 3D cell and technical teams.
- Collaborate closely with Studio teams and cross-functional teams in a collective creation logic.
- Provide all necessary elements for project development (decor documents, 3D files, graphic intentions) and contribute to project follow-up.
- Enrich creation through active and sensitive monitoring of packaging worlds, emerging uses, technological innovations, and aesthetic developments.
- Degree in product design, industrial design, packaging design, or applied arts.
- Strong affinity for graphics, illustration, and visual culture.
- Excellent understanding of the luxury universe.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software (Rhinoceros, Inspire).
- Proficiency in realistic rendering software such as KeyShot.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong interest in AI.
- Keen sense of detail, excellence, and aesthetic quality.
- Ability to react and adapt in a demanding and fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Degree in product design, industrial design, packaging design, or applied arts.
