1. Design primary packaging components for new product launches, ensuring alignment with marketing and packaging creation teams.
2. Analyze and interpret 3D CAD files and physical prototypes validated by Marketing and Packaging Creation.
3. Collaborate with the Packaging Development Project Manager to explore technical solutions.
4. Model packaging using 3D CAD software, integrating technical constraints and addressing any discrepancies.
5. Participate in risk analysis processes (AMDEC) for product and process development.
6. Engage in technical briefings with packaging suppliers, potentially visiting production or packaging sites.
7. Validate technical plans and contribute to tooling development.
8. Share expertise on materials and transformation processes with Project Managers and provide technical support to creative teams.
9. Report project progress and potential issues to the Axis Manager.
10. Conduct active research on new products and packaging technologies to propose innovative, environmentally friendly solutions.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in mechanical design or related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the cosmetics sector.

1. Proficiency in 3D CAD software, particularly Solid Edge.
2. Operational technical English skills.
3. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
4. Creativity and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
5. Excellent spatial vision and attention to detail.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required, with a proven track record in the cosmetics industry.
