1. Develop and refine secondary packaging designs, including cartons and corrugated materials, ensuring alignment with marketing specifications and packaging standards.
2. Collaborate with the Packaging Development and Engineering teams to propose and select optimal technical solutions for packaging designs, balancing quality, cost, and organizational objectives.
3. Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance mechanization and reduce environmental impact, working closely with production line teams and suppliers.
4. Analyze quality non-conformities to identify and implement corrective measures, such as format adaptations and standard modifications.
5. Develop tertiary pre-packaging solutions for sales and promotional products, adhering to machinability criteria and transportation standards.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Production, or Physical Measurements.
2. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in packaging design or a related field.

1. Proficiency in CAD tools such as ArtiosCAD and Cape Pack, as well as office software and SAP.
2. Strong initiative, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Technical English proficiency for written communication with international partners.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in packaging design or a related field is required.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production, or Physical Measurements, or equivalent experience.
