Order Management Specialist

LVMH Beauty Tech is the IS/IT team dedicated to the Beauty Division of LVMH. Employing over 1000 people across 27 countries, the team develops, operates, and supports solutions that deliver value to each Maison. They provide innovative technical solutions tailored to the challenges of the Maisons, following a shared model while considering their specific needs.

1. Create and manage supplier accounts and analytical codes in SAP
2. Create orders in SAP, manage their reception, and track invoices
3. Monitor supplier order commitments
4. Track new contracts with external providers
5. Participate in the functional administration of the time tracking tool
6. Support the team in daily activities, especially during financial closings

1. Bac+2 with a specialization in management, administrative assistance, or equivalent

1. Recognized for rigor, teamwork, and excellent organization
2. Excellent communication skills in French and English
