Christian Dior Orchestration Manager

1. Oversee the scheduling of daily IT processes using BMC Control-M.
2. Structure, plan, and manage the evolution of processing chains for IT projects.
3. Handle incidents and changes related to these processing chains.
4. Manage partners contributing to the activity scope, focusing on quality and budget.
5. Develop and maintain the governance of the Orchestration department using KPIs by defining and publishing relevant indicators, proposing improvements, and developing new scheduling services.

1. Over 10 years of experience in IT operations and production.
2. More than 5 years of experience in operations integration.
3. Significant experience in IT operations/production management.

1. Proficiency in scheduling tools and essential knowledge of Control-M.
2. Technical knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and cloud platforms (Azure, GCP).
3. Strong ability to coordinate, challenge, and engage stakeholders and partners.
4. Project management skills with attention to detail.
5. Effective communication and persuasion skills in both French and English.

A minimum of 10 years in IT operations and production, with substantial experience in operations integration and management.

The role offers a hybrid working model with regular travel between the Saint Jean de Braye and Neuilly sites.
