Parfums Christian Dior Operational Marketing Product Manager

- Develop and implement 360° omnichannel marketing strategies tailored to the French market, ensuring differentiation by retailer and alignment with brand image.
- Manage product portfolio, including product assortment definition, novelty potential calibration, and budgetary tool monitoring.
- Conduct weekly market and portfolio performance analyses, drafting launch reviews to identify best practices and enhance brand presence.
- Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, facilitating communication and project advancement while preparing internal seminars and external client presentations.
- Recruit and manage an intern, fostering their professional development and engagement with the Dior brand.
- Significant initial experience in marketing, preferably in the skincare category.
- Proven analytical skills, organizational prowess, and a strong ability to synthesize information.
- Creative mindset with a keen interest in the beauty industry.
- Agility and teamwork orientation with a capacity to unite teams around projects.
- Proactive, dynamic, and autonomous approach with a strong sense of initiative.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, with a focus on development or operational roles.
