1. Assist in the operational implementation of product launches under the guidance of the Beauty Marketing Manager for the China Region.
2. Monitor and manage the phases (preparation, maximization, follow-up) of projects and launches for S1 2026.
3. Conduct market analysis, competitive analysis, and performance evaluation of product lines and launches.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business or equivalent (Bac +4/5).
2. Fluency in English and Chinese is mandatory.
3. Passion for the beauty and luxury sectors, ideally with prior significant experience in these fields.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
2. Familiarity with Power BI is advantageous.
3. Creativity and innovation.
4. Leadership and stakeholder management skills.
5. Collaboration and teamwork.
6. Detail-oriented with strategic thinking abilities.
