1. Prepare comprehensive commercial tour materials, including sales force presentations, order forms, and sales arguments.
2. Assist product managers in the 360-degree development of new products for the second half of 2025, including brainstorming sessions and the creation of sales support tools.
3. Support product managers in performance analysis through weekly and monthly results assessments, competitive analysis, and market surveillance.
4. Monitor and evaluate the launches of the second half of 2025, analyzing media, trade, PR, CRM/Digital, and merchandising strategies.

1. Enrollment in a business school or equivalent program, with a BAC +4 or +5 level.
2. Ideally, previous experience in operational marketing.

2. Analytical skills and a strong sense of interpersonal relations.
3. Fluency in English.
4. Passion for cosmetics and luxury sectors.

Beginner

Currently pursuing a degree in Business or a related field.
