- Lead the implementation, evolution, and optimization of OMS and omnichannel systems in collaboration with IT, Supply Chain, and Retail teams.
- Ensure integration of OMS with other systems such as ERP, WMS, CRM, and e-commerce platforms.
- Define and implement optimized omnichannel journeys including Ship-from-Store, Click & Collect, Endless Aisle, and returns management.
- Ensure coherence and fluidity of flows between distribution channels and logistics centers.
- Monitor and analyze omnichannel flow performance to enhance service quality and reduce logistics costs.
- Improve delivery times, stock management, and customer service excellence.
- Identify optimization opportunities in Supply Chain processes related to omnichannel and propose innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with business teams to ensure adoption and training on new solutions and processes.
- Support operational teams in deploying new tools and operating modes.
- Conduct technological watch and benchmark market best practices.
- Act as Business Process Owner for the Autoreplenishment system, coordinating evolution needs for other Beauty division houses.
- Implement collaborative projects with retailers and distributors, including Shared Supply Management pilots.
- Optimize Customer Service and Sales Administration processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent with a specialization in Supply Chain, Information Systems, or Digital.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain project management, preferably in a retail and omnichannel environment within a luxury brand.
- Experience in implementing or configuring an OMS in Supply Chain.
- Experience with Autoreplenishment in Retail.
- Proven project management expertise.
- Strong data analysis and KPI management skills.
- Fluent in English.
