1. Lead the implementation, evolution, and optimization of OMS and omnichannel systems in collaboration with IT, Supply Chain, and Retail teams.
2. Ensure integration of OMS with other systems such as ERP, WMS, CRM, and e-commerce platforms.
3. Define and implement optimized omnichannel journeys including Ship-from-Store, Click & Collect, Endless Aisle, and returns management.
4. Guarantee coherence and fluidity of flows between distribution channels and logistics centers.
5. Monitor and analyze omnichannel flow performance to enhance service quality and reduce logistics costs.
6. Improve delivery times, stock management, and customer service excellence.
7. Identify optimization opportunities in Supply Chain processes related to omnichannel and propose innovative solutions.
8. Collaborate with Retail, Digital, Logistics, and IT teams to ensure adoption and training on new solutions and processes.
9. Support operational teams in deploying new tools and operational modes.
10. Conduct technological watch and benchmark market best practices.

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent with a specialization in Supply Chain, Information Systems, or Digital.
2. Minimum of 5 years experience in Supply Chain project management, preferably in a retail and omnichannel environment, ideally within a luxury brand.

1. Experience in implementing or configuring an OMS in Supply Chain.
2. Experience with Autoreplenishment in Retail.
3. Proven project management skills.
4. Strong data analysis and KPI management capabilities.
5. Fluent in English.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
7. Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
8. Customer service-oriented mindset.
9. Proactive and results-driven approach.
10. Demonstrated leadership and ability to prioritize effectively.

Minimum of 5 years in Supply Chain project management, ideally in a retail and omnichannel context within a luxury brand.
