- Ensure optimal execution of digital launch guidelines, negotiating local adaptations as needed.
- Supervise creation of local animations, including concept validation and asset development.
- Lead local initiatives to improve e-merchandising and online services, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Support efficient CRM activities to nurture and expand the client base.
- Validate client communication content in collaboration with central teams.
- Oversee expansion and optimization of the Loyalty program, including client gifting offers.
- Coordinate execution of mega events and pop-up projects with central and local teams.
- Ensure event plans support marketing calendar and business priorities.
- Oversee local implementation of new services and tools, and updates of existing ones.
- Assist in providing materials for Beauty classes, masterclasses, and private client events.
- Participate in business analysis to identify strategic growth levers for the Japanese market.
- Drive media support plans to enhance brand awareness and credibility.
- Assist in boosting PR efforts and preparing press conferences and interviews.
- Support rollout of social media communication campaigns in the Japanese digital environment.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Fluency in Japanese and English; good level of French.
- Graduated from a Master Business School or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Japanese digital platforms.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Strategic thinking and transversal management abilities.
- Collaborative skills.
