- Drive sales growth of e-business channels, including Dior.com, e-concessions, and e-retail, while enhancing client experience and brand image.
- Ensure optimal execution of digital launch kit guidelines, negotiating local adaptations when necessary.
- Supervise the creation of specific local animations, including concept validation and asset development.
- Lead local initiatives to improve e-merchandising and online services, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Support efficient CRM activities to nurture and expand the client pool.
- Validate owned client communication content in collaboration with central teams.
- Oversee the expansion and optimization of the Loyalty program, including client gifting offers.
- Consolidate and coordinate the execution of mega events and pop-up projects.
- Ensure event plans support the marketing calendar and business priorities.
- Oversee the VM and 360 planning of events, ensuring timely production and execution.
- Structure the global vision and strategy of the services portfolio to enhance service levels.
- Oversee local implementation of new services and updates to existing ones.
- Assist in providing necessary materials for Beauty classes, masterclasses, and private events.
- Participate in business analysis to communicate insights to HQ and identify growth levers.
- Drive media support plans to enhance awareness and credibility of product launches and the brand.
- Boost PR efforts by assisting in press conferences, content creation, and collaborations.
- Liaise with teams to deliver suitable traditional media materials.
- Support the rollout of social media communication campaigns in the Japanese market.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Graduated from a Master Business School or equivalent.
- Fluency in Japanese and English; good level of French.
- Expertise in Japanese digital platforms.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Strategic thinking capabilities.
- Transversal management and collaborative skills.
Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury fashion or beauty industry.
Graduated from a Master Business School or equivalent.
