- Develop and manage the CAPEX project strategy and budget, ensuring alignment with overall strategic goals.
- Support the Retail and Commercial departments in negotiating new retail spaces, providing insights on space organization and design.
- Prepare detailed project briefs, including space analysis and budgeted investments, for new retail initiatives.
- Coordinate retail architecture projects, from briefing central teams to overseeing design reviews and implementation processes.
- Create and manage the annual budget for Counter Maintenance, Personalization, and Visual Production, adapting to actual needs.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to build local POSM recommendations and forecasts based on distribution strategies.
- Adapt international Visual Merchandising guidelines for the local market, ensuring alignment with regional needs.
- Work with Retail and Commercial departments to develop effective planograms for various retailers.
- Manage local production needs for POSM, from briefing to completion, ensuring quality and timeliness.
- Support interns in maintenance strategy and technical drawing tasks.
- Maintain up-to-date records of in-store furniture inventory.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in merchandising, particularly in design, architecture, or creative fields.
- Strong understanding of architecture/design and business/marketing, or a business background with experience in design or architecture.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven collaboration skills across diverse teams.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and AutoCAD.
Minimum 5 years of experience in merchandising, with a focus on design, architecture, or creative fields.
