Parfums Christian Dior Nordic Training Activation and Digital Learning Specialist

- Oversee the operational execution of training events and local initiatives to enhance product knowledge and brand engagement among beauty consultants.
- Manage the content of the My Dior learning platform, including publication, translation, and creation of local content.
- Coordinate the rollout of the My Dior gifting Boutique in the Nordic region, managing local fulfillment partners and operational logistics.
- Develop and maintain digital learning partnerships with key regional retailers.
- Monitor and report on key training KPIs using Plan Day and Skills Up platforms.
- Support local seminars and events, collaborating with retail activation, trade marketing, and merchandising departments.
- Provide monthly reporting on training initiatives and KPIs for local and regional management.
- Assist commercial and trade marketing teams with presentations related to training and beauty consultant engagement initiatives.
- 1-2 years of experience in project management with a focus on events and digital projects.
- Master's degree, preferably with a specialization in Marketing or Digital.
- Affinity and passion for the Dior brand.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong business acumen and commercial marketing expertise.
- Proficient negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand and advocate for the brand DNA.
- Advanced reporting and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in managing priorities and delivering results.
- Analytical mindset and team-oriented approach.
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with PowerBI is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Danish or Scandinavian languages is a plus.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
Master's degree, preferably in Marketing or Digital.
