Responsibilities
- Define and execute the global strategy for attracting Next Gen talent.
- Manage partnerships with top schools in collaboration with LVMH Group, Beauty Division, and local markets.
- Collaborate with HRBP Campus to ensure smooth recruitment processes.
- Oversee the InDior program for headquarters interns (approximately 250-300).
- Support local markets to ensure a consistent experience.
- Manage employer brand content for school engagement in alignment with EVP.
- Define KPIs and work within the HR community to convert top interns and apprentices into permanent employees.
- Design and implement central programs for Next Gen talent.
- Manage the VIE program to integrate bicultural profiles at headquarters.
- Coordinate the Graduate Program at Group and Division levels.
- Research and co-create unique programs for future marketing leaders with brand HRBPs.
- Benchmark best practices and explore Graduate Program possibilities.
- Define engaging selection and onboarding processes.
- Propose exceptional learning programs focused on creativity and luxury brand management.
- Propose rotation and career development programs.
- Study compensation and benefits programs.
Qualifications
- Proven project management experience applicable to talent program management involving selection, onboarding, and engagement processes.
- Ability to develop a strategic proposal and roadmap for medium/long-term ambitions.
- Operational excellence in managing programs.
- 2-3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in roles closely collaborating with Marketing Development is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders and navigate decision-making processes to complete projects.
