Next Gen Talent Program Manager

1. Define and execute the global strategy for attracting Next Gen talent.
2. Manage partnerships with top schools in collaboration with LVMH Group, Beauty Division, and local markets.
3. Collaborate with HRBP Campus to ensure smooth recruitment processes.
4. Oversee the InDior program for headquarters interns (approximately 250-300).
5. Support local markets to ensure a consistent experience.
6. Manage employer brand content for school engagement in alignment with EVP.
7. Define KPIs and work within the HR community to convert top interns and apprentices into permanent employees.
8. Design and implement central programs for Next Gen talent.
9. Manage the VIE program to integrate bicultural profiles at headquarters.
10. Coordinate the Graduate Program at Group and Division levels.
11. Research and co-create unique programs for future marketing leaders with brand HRBPs.
12. Benchmark best practices and explore Graduate Program possibilities.
13. Define engaging selection and onboarding processes.
14. Propose exceptional learning programs focused on creativity and luxury brand management.
15. Propose rotation and career development programs.
16. Study compensation and benefits programs.

1. Proven project management experience applicable to talent program management involving selection, onboarding, and engagement processes.
2. Ability to develop a strategic proposal and roadmap for medium/long-term ambitions.
3. Operational excellence in managing programs.
4. 2-3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in roles closely collaborating with Marketing Development is a plus.
5. Demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders and navigate decision-making processes to complete projects.
