1. Conduct in-store and remote selling activities, acting as a personal shopper.

10. Provide expert makeup consultations and personalized color advice.
11. Serve as a mentor to field-based roles, enhancing makeup application and sales techniques.
12. Participate in public relations activities, including fashion shows and photoshoots.
13. Lead high-profile makeup artistry events and support educational initiatives.
14. Create engaging content for Dior's digital platforms, including social media.

1. Minimum of three years of management experience in the makeup artistry industry.
2. Minimum of ten years of comprehensive experience in makeup artistry.
3. Proven ability to excel in a luxury retail environment.
4. Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin and/or Spanish is highly desirable.

3. In-depth knowledge of beauty and fragrance products.

A minimum of five years of experience in makeup artistry and brand representation, with significant backstage and editorial experience.

Salary range of $75,000.00-$95,000.00, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
