1. Collaborate with the Production Unit for Perfumes to lead a continuous improvement project.
2. Optimize existing practices and enhance process reliability within the perfume manufacturing workshop.
3. Participate in daily performance improvement routines to identify standards for optimization or auditing.
4. Conduct data collection and field observations to diagnose operational flows.
5. Propose and prioritize improvement actions.
6. Facilitate workshops to share and co-develop solutions.
7. Implement action plans and monitor progress through regular communication and indicators.

1. Currently enrolled in a generalist or production engineering school.

1. Proficiency in production management and Lean Manufacturing.
2. Familiarity with continuous improvement tools such as 5S, VSM, and problem-solving.
3. Strong analytical and methodical skills.
4. Curiosity and proactivity in proposing innovative solutions.
5. Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
6. Commitment to responsible and environmentally conscious practices.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Currently pursuing a degree in engineering.
