1. Develop the annual Visual Merchandising plan aligned with the marketing calendar and brand strategic priorities.
2. Create and update Visual Merchandising guidelines for Points of Sale (POS) including lightboxes, outposts, and video loops.
3. Support local markets with merchandising updates and operational queries.
4. Prepare and update planograms in accordance with marketing strategies.
5. Collaborate on the development of new permanent merchandising concepts with VM departments and architects.
6. Optimize existing permanent merchandising in collaboration with key stakeholders.
7. Conduct field research to inform merchandising strategies.
8. Develop guidelines for enhancing customer experiences at POS, including key spaces and premium events.
9. Manage the merchandising elements and services menu, including testers and other materials.
