1. Ensure optimal representation across over 1600 retail points.
2. Assist in executing merchandising projects, including database updates and planning.
3. Develop planograms to enhance product presentation.
4. Manage field service requests in collaboration with external partners.
5. Support the creation of merchandising guidelines for product launches.
6. Conduct post-launch merchandising installation visits and follow-ups.
7. Oversee stock management.
8. Contribute to project budget monitoring.
9. Participate in sales team training through newsletters and presentations.
10. Conduct competitive analysis to identify market best practices.
11. Analyze merchandising campaigns and suggest improvements.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

1. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
2. Attention to detail and creative sensitivity.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
5. Ability to engage suppliers in achieving high execution standards.
6. Awareness of retail and marketing challenges.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Currently enrolled in a higher education program (Bac +4/5) in Marketing, Commerce, or equivalent.

Participants will engage in a comprehensive integration program, receive HR coaching, and have the opportunity to develop and present a business project to top management. Networking events and fun activities with peers are also included.
