Parfums Christian Dior Merchandising Procurement and Development Manager

- Manage a team of five procurement and development buyers and two interns.
- Actively participate in weekly design and prototype validation meetings with Marketing and Top Management.
- Supervise operational projects from tender processes to quality control at manufacturing sites.
- Define procurement strategy in collaboration with LVMH P&C branch coordination, including spend analysis, supplier mapping, risk analysis, contracts, and strategic negotiations.
- Develop and lead the CSR policy, focusing on eco-design, reverse logistics, and organizing and monitoring social and environmental audits of suppliers.
- Manage supplier relationships through KPIs, business reviews, and regular factory visits.
- Prepare monthly procurement reports and monitor service procurement indicators.
- Initiate, lead, and contribute to cross-functional and continuous improvement projects.
- Report to the Director of Development and Procurement / Brand Animation & Merchandising.
- Bachelor's degree (BAC+5) ideally from an engineering school with several confirmed and successful experiences in procurement.
- Solution-oriented mindset (business partner).
- Initiative-taking abilities.
- Interest and curiosity in development.
- Technical knowledge of materials and their transformation processes (preferred).
- Adaptability to a wide variety of stakeholders.
- Concise and considerate communication internally and externally.
- Negotiation skills, both internally and externally.
Entry-level experience required, with a preference for candidates with several confirmed experiences in procurement.
Bachelor's degree (BAC+5) ideally in engineering.
