- Assist Materials Purchasing Managers in executing their duties for LVMH P&C brands, focusing on glass, metal-plastic, and cardboard materials.
- Actively participate in the preparation and organization of meetings with purchasing directors, buyers, and suppliers, ensuring the monthly consolidation of purchasing turnover figures with a critical perspective.
- Update key supplier performance indicators monthly, including OTIF, Quality, and RFA.
- Compile semi-annual cardboard tonnage consumption data.
- Ensure effective administrative management for metal/plastic, glass, and cardboard materials, maintaining SAP supplier account harmonization.
- Manage electronic distribution and signing of Codes of Conduct and confidentiality agreements with new suppliers, as well as commercial supplier contracts.
- Contribute to maintaining an updated and dynamic Purchasing Portal (Concerto).
- Support the implementation of responsible purchasing policies, including updating and evaluating supplier CSR assessments.
- Assist in advancing annual social and environmental audit plans for the brands.
- Aid in the execution of the Eco-design Packaging roadmap for the three materials.
- Undertake specific or cross-functional purchasing missions, such as conducting benchmarks on certain purchasing segments and managing supplier risk by screening second-tier suppliers.
- Background in Purchasing or Engineering with a focus on Purchasing, ideally complemented by a postgraduate degree in purchasing (final year of study).
- Interest in practical and operational tasks.

- Purchasing acumen, including supplier interactions and negotiations.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with numerical data and a critical eye for compiled information.
