Christian Dior Marketing Operations Intern

- Contribute to the development of the operational marketing strategy for North America, considering commercial priorities and market specifics.
- Support the deployment of 2026 and 2027 product launches across all categories (Fragrance, High Perfumery, Makeup, Skincare) in collaboration with Category Managers.
- Coordinate localized merchandising projects (permanent and event-based) and oversee cross-functional projects (planograms, local production, guideline adaptation).
- Assist local teams (New York, Toronto) with their operational requests daily.
- Participate in weekly operational alignment meetings and follow up on briefs.
- Conduct weekly and monthly analyses of market and competition performance, focusing on distribution actors.
- Monitor and analyze monthly forecasts for launch needs one year ahead (products and POSM).
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business School or equivalent (Bac +4/5).
- Fluent in English (mandatory).
- Passionate about the cosmetics and luxury industry, with ideally a significant first experience in the sector.
- Organized, versatile, and meticulous.
- Open-minded and dynamic.
- Initiative and critical thinking.
- Learning agility and professional rigor.
- Analytical mindset and adaptability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
Ideally, candidates should have 6 months of experience in marketing.
Pursuing a Master's degree in Business or equivalent.
