1. Support in conducting analyses and creating various reports for the headquarters.
2. Assist the marketing team with ongoing projects and various administrative and organizational tasks.
3. Aid in the planning and organization of sales meetings.
4. Collaborate with external agencies across disciplines.

1. Completed degree with a focus on Marketing or Business Administration.
2. Native-level proficiency in German, excellent written and spoken English, with French as an advantage.
3. Initial professional experience in Marketing or Sales.

1. Strong analytical skills with a passion for numbers.
2. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
3. Structured, independent, proactive, and reliable work style.
4. Passion for the beauty industry and a sense of luxury and aesthetics.
5. Communicative personality with organizational talent.
6. Hands-on mentality, multitasking ability, and capability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Team player, dynamic, resilient, with entrepreneurial thinking.

Initial professional experience in Marketing or Sales is required.

Completed degree with a focus on Marketing or Business Administration.

The salary is €2,195 gross per month for 38.5 hours per week.
