1. Assist in conducting analyses and preparing various reports for the headquarters.
2. Support the marketing team with ongoing projects and various administrative and organizational tasks.
3. Aid in the planning and organization of sales meetings.
4. Collaborate with external agencies across disciplines.

1. Completed studies with a focus on Marketing or Business Administration.
2. Native-level proficiency in German, with excellent English skills; French is advantageous.
3. Initial professional experience in Marketing or Sales.

1. Strong analytical skills with a passion for numbers.
2. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
3. Structured, independent, proactive, and reliable work style.
4. Passion for the beauty industry and a sense of luxury and aesthetics.
5. Excellent communication skills with organizational talent.
6. Hands-on mentality, multitasking ability, and capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Initial professional experience in Marketing or Sales is required.

Completed studies with a focus on Marketing or Business Administration.

The gross monthly salary is €2,195 for 38.5 hours per week.
