- Develop and execute the brand's marketing plan in alignment with international guidelines while addressing local commercial needs through tactical marketing initiatives.
- Cultivate strong relationships with headquarters and regional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Oversee marketing activities, promotional plans, trade implementations, and PR events to achieve market share objectives across various brand axes and lines, collaborating closely with the sales department.
- Lead the local communication strategy in partnership with media, PR, and below-the-line (BTL) external agencies.
- Engage in ongoing interaction and negotiation with retailers and suppliers.
- Manage e-retail communication and activations to meet targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Execute and monitor all budget lines under marketing and trade management.
- Conduct regular market research analysis to identify opportunities and propose additional action plans.
- Forecast regular and novelty product lines, including point-of-purchase (POP) materials, in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Prepare and present monthly commercial meetings to showcase novelties, results, and communication plans to commercial teams.
- Compile and submit monthly reports to headquarters.
- Maintain close relationships and interactions with sell-out staff.
- Set priorities for the team, ensuring proper organization to manage daily workload and achieve objectives, while fostering motivation, coaching, and development.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within retail and e-retail, with a preference for experience in the beauty market.
- University degree in Marketing or Administration.
- Omni-channel mindset

A minimum of 5 years in a similar position within the retail and e-retail sectors, with valued experience in the beauty market.
