1. Assist the marketing team with ongoing projects and various administrative and organizational tasks.
2. Independently plan and organize sales meetings.
3. Collaborate with external agencies across disciplines.
4. Manage and organize the CRM program autonomously.
5. Support in analyses, trend research, and the preparation of various reports for the headquarters.

1. Completed degree with a focus on marketing.
2. Initial professional experience in marketing or sales.
3. Passion for the beauty industry.
4. Organizational talent, independent and proactive work style, communicative and innovative personality, numerical aptitude.
5. Fluency in German and English; proficiency in French and Italian is advantageous.

The monthly gross salary is €1,700 for 38.5 hours per week.
