- Conduct quarterly Beaute Research analysis on market trends and Gap-to-leadership.
- Analyze and track monthly Sellout Reports for all TR APAC markets.
- Prepare the Yearly Travel Exclusive (TREX) Roadmap.
- Coordinate with the Category Manager for Go-To-Market presentations and assortment analysis.
- Facilitate the planning, organization, and coordination of the Go To Market Seminar.
- Support Category Managers with 360 Launch Event Pack preparation and post-launch reporting.
- Conduct timely competitor studies and build monthly presentation decks.
- Deep dive into Chinese market trends on social media platforms.
- Prepare data and performance analysis for retailer meetings.
- Provide operational support and coordination for key meetings.
- Prepare weekly marketing newsletters and DiorINFO downloads.
- Support weekly product order coordination across TR APAC Regional Marketing Team.
- Ability to commit for at least 6 months (July 25 to December 25).
- University student or recent graduate seeking in-depth marketing knowledge in the luxury beauty sector.
- Previous experience in the perfume, beauty, or luxury industries.
- Team-spirited with an international outlook and sensitivity to luxury cosmetics.
- Organized, autonomous, with a sense of initiative and advanced analytical skills.
- Competency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in Mandarin, especially reading, is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and fast learning ability.
- Enjoyment of teamwork and a positive attitude.
- Good project management skills.
- Digital savvy, organized, open-minded, and agile.
- Energetic with a desire to work in a multicultural environment.
Beginner level experience in the perfume, beauty, or luxury industries is preferred.
University student or recent graduate.
