- Assist in the deployment and monitoring of product launch projects in collaboration with the Product Manager.
- Aid in the creation of marketing presentations for the Perfumes & Private Collection categories.
- Participate in the selection and adaptation of product assortments specific to Travel Retail.
- Engage in regular communication with the Marketing Development & Business Development teams.
- Develop key sales cycle tools, including planograms, product assortment recaps, merchandising tools, and retailer books.
- Conduct performance studies of Dior within the Travel Retail zone compared to local markets.
- Analyze competitor performance in local markets.
- Monitor 360° initiatives and manage support tools.
- Create tools for the sales force, such as cycle books, brochures, and catalogs.
- Collaborate with the Trade team to prepare trade support tools for star launches.
- Conduct competitive intelligence to track major launches and innovations in the cosmetics sector.
- Currently enrolled in a Business School with ideally a first experience in marketing.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Open-mindedness and strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data handling and IT tools, including Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
