Responsibilities
- Analyze the performance of Dior's men's fragrance lines, including sell-in and sell-out data.
- Monitor weekly and monthly NPD results for top 10 players and key launches.
- Track launches, key moments, and market animations.
- Assist in the operational orchestration of launches for priority pillars, implementing marketing strategies (Merchandising, CRM, Digital, Training).
- Prepare commercial tours and participate in seminars, including project descriptions and presentations.
- Develop sales support tools and materials.
- Conduct launch evaluations.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a Master's degree in Business School or equivalent.
- Organized, versatile, rigorous, and open-minded.
- Passionate about the cosmetics and luxury industry.
- Fluent in English.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with panel software (e.g., NPD, Nielsen).
Experience Requirements
One or more significant experiences in Operational Marketing.
Education Requirements
Pursuing a Master's degree in Business School or equivalent.
