- Conduct market analysis for men's fragrances, focusing on Dior's performance in sell-in and sell-out metrics.
- Monitor weekly and monthly NPD results for top 10 market players and key product launches.
- Support the orchestration of operational projects for the second half of 2025 and prepare for first half 2026 launches.
- Assist in executing marketing strategies across merchandising, CRM, digital, and training.
- Prepare commercial tour materials and participate in seminars, including project descriptions and presentations.
- Develop sales support tools and materials.
- Compile launch performance reports.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with panel software such as NPD and Nielsen.
Previous experience in operational marketing within the cosmetics or luxury sector is preferred.
