1. Assist in the deployment and monitoring of product launches in the French market, collaborating with cross-functional teams including Media, Merchandising, Trade, CRM, E-retail, and Training.
2. Manage operational aspects (360°) of current semester launches and events.
3. Prepare weekly analytical reports on market performance and competitor activities within the French perfumery sector.
4. Conduct market, competition, and franchise performance analyses.
5. Provide creative recommendations and contributions for upcoming product launches.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business School or equivalent program.
2. Passionate about cosmetics and luxury sectors.
3. Previous experience in marketing and/or cosmetics industry is preferred.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
2. Familiarity with Circana panel software is a plus.
3. Knowledge of Power BI platform is advantageous.
4. Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Organized, versatile, and detail-oriented.

Entry-level, suitable for candidates with limited professional experience but with relevant academic background.

Pursuing a Master's degree (BAC +4 or +5) in a related field.
