Christian Dior Marketing Intern - Makeup & Skincare

- Assist in the deployment and monitoring of product launch projects in collaboration with Product Managers and Group Leaders.
- Aid in the creation of marketing presentations for Makeup and Skincare categories.
- Participate in the selection and adaptation of product assortments specific to Travel Retail.
- Engage in regular communication with Marketing Development and Business Development teams.
- Develop key sales cycle tools such as planograms, product assortment recaps, and merchandising tools.
- Conduct performance analysis of Dior products in Travel Retail compared to local markets.
- Analyze competitor performance in local markets.
- Monitor 360° marketing initiatives and manage support tools.
- Create sales force tools including cycle books, brochures, and catalogs.
- Collaborate with Trade teams to prepare support tools for major launches.
- Conduct competitive intelligence by tracking major launches and innovations in the cosmetics sector.
- Currently enrolled in a Business School with a focus on Marketing.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Open-mindedness and proactive attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
Ideal candidates will have some prior experience in marketing, although this is not mandatory.
Currently pursuing a degree in Business or a related field.
